We believe surprises are for birthday parties, not roofing projects. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you call us to the day we hand you your warranty documentation.

Step 1 — Free Inspection: We arrive at the scheduled time, perform a thorough inspection using drone photography and physical assessment, and give you an honest report. You receive a written estimate before leaving or within 24 hours.

Step 2 — Project Planning: Once you approve the estimate, we pull all required permits, order your materials, and give you a firm start date. Most projects begin within 3–7 days of signing.

Step 3 — Installation: Crews arrive by 7 AM. We complete a full tear-off, inspect decking, install new underlayment and flashing, and complete your new roofing system. We use magnetic rollers to collect all stray nails and conduct a thorough cleanup before we leave.

Step 4 — Final Walkthrough: Our project manager walks the completed roof with you, answers any questions, and delivers your warranty documentation and permit sign-off paperwork.

FAQ

Questions, answered

How long from estimate to project start?

Typically 3–7 business days. Rush scheduling is available for emergency situations — we can often begin within 24–48 hours when materials are in stock.

Who manages my project?

Every project has a dedicated project manager who is your single point of contact from estimate through completion. They're reachable by phone and text throughout the project.

Will I be updated during the project?

Yes. Your project manager sends a text update at the start of each day and calls at completion. For multi-day projects, you receive an end-of-day summary with photos.

What if something goes wrong during the project?

Call your project manager directly — you'll have their personal cell number. We resolve issues same-day whenever possible. Our standard is to never leave a homeowner with an open concern overnight.

How do I pay?

We require 50% at contract signing (covers materials) and the remaining 50% upon project completion. We accept check, cash, all major credit cards, and ACH bank transfer. Financing can be arranged before signing.
